In this session you will connect with your power animal and learn ways to work with your power animal. This personal connection with your power animal can help you feel more grounded, with increased strength, confidence and support. Connect to your Power Animal Participants will be offered Ceremonial Cacao as a tool to awaken all of the senses. Cacao supports focus, insight, and mindfulness, while providing an authentic connection to your sacred heart. * Avoid eating a heavy meal or consuming alcohol or caffeine prior to the event. Please note: It is not recommended to have cacao if you're on SSRI antidepressants, have a heart condition or low blood pressure, If you're pregnant or breast feeding you may want to have a smaller serving. If you're not sure, check with your doctor. We will also have Tea available. Bring: ● Notebook and Pen ● Your Favorite ug ● Eye Mask / Eye Pillow or similar, to block out light while laying down.
